During my early years of snowboard competition, I was riddled with injury and only wish I had known then what I know now about training and health. If I were as strong then as I am now, I would have landed my runs more consistently and been able to train all day long without getting so fatigued. My goal is to ensure that all levels of athletes, from weekend warriors to elite competitors, build a strong foundation that will allow them to spend more time doing what they love, and less time injured.
